- Print sight words flashcards
- Cut cards
- Place cards in a center pile (face down)
How to play:
- Play in pairs or small group
- All cards are placed face down
- Each player selects one card each
- They read their sight word and then keep the card
- When someone selects a KABOOM card, they need to put all their cards back on the pile
- Whoever has the most cards wins!
Extension:
- As a challenge, have students read the sight word card and then put it in a simple or compound sentence!
